These images are from a mid September visit to Alaska. I call it "Alaska trails" since many of the pictures were taken on roads and trails throughout Alaska. The fall foliage in Alaska is incredibly vibrant and stunning, and rivals New England, which is another story here. We did not see any live moose or bears, although that was not due to lack of trying. We slowly cruised through the "extreme moose zone" at Denali National Park at least six times, but alas, no moose obliged us. So the highlight of this trip was the spectacular fall colors, and beautiful landscapes.
